CRONYISM, NEPOTISM, FAVORITISM, REVERSE DISCRIMINATION; IT'S ALL THE SAME, CORRUPTION! FOOD FOR THOUGHT -SEGMENT- SUMMER 2015

THERE'S ENOUGH DISAPPOINTMENT TO GO AROUND

A SEGMENT OF NDMH 'FOOD FOR THOUGHT'

WHEN IT COMES TO UNIONS AND CORPORATE AMERICA!

"It's always good to hear politicians refusing to back down to corporate lobbyists who want to refuse workers the rights they deserve. But, if unions continue their ages old practices of cronyism and favoritism on the ground floor? Where it matters more, it's no wonder why the support is just not there.  As far as 'Right to Work' legislation -funded via Koch- and others; all that companies need to do is, go temp.

On two separate occasions (as a union member) I was either overlooked for promotion simply because a manager wanted to hire his friend or in the other, a manager wanted to transfer me 40 miles away. These types of insensitive treatments of member-employees strikes at the core of why some employees refuse to sign up. Unions need to stop favoritism practices which pit one employee over another and support aggrieved members.

In neither of these occasions did the union step up to help out. In a third example it was okay for a union organizer to borrow $20 from me so he could give it to a gal who had no gas money, which I never got paid back. But, when I had an arguable difference with that employer the union did nothing to save my job. Union shops which allow ground floor supervisors and managers to indiscriminately do as they wish or hire and fire based on their personal choices, is what unions need to change?

That is called favoritism and it is wrong. If companies and unions want what's best for employees then they should prove it; by accountability, by  their actions, and words. In a yet separate occasion at another company(non-union) we were asked what could the company do better and what did we want in return? I said benefits and long term job security. Within a year about 500 of us were laid off. After all the technological and social advances can we truly say our present day working environment has changed for the better?

If corporate America wanted higher profits and overall production increases it too would change its attitude towards its employees. Temporary workers who have to wait years before becoming permanent while still earning meager minimum wages is discriminatory. In all these situations I was an exemplary employee and over all production always met company needs.

Unions need to understand the impact of their actions on rank and file as do employers on attrition. If all you want is to maintain the status quo then you have yourself to blame for the present day outcome of organizing and why such a higher number of companies are hiring temps! "JRH-2015 NDMH

I Chose to Stand Up and Fight for the Rights of Non-Custodial Fathers First!

One of these days non-custodial fathers out there are going to wake up and grow a decent pair of cohunes, big enough to learn to educate themselves about how the system and many of these so called child rights groups, grandparent rights groups, ex-spouse rights groups, aunts and uncle rights groups, parental rights groups, equal parenting groups and all the rest have been taken them for a ride. Every year they want to turn Washington DC or some other place in America into a sounding board where; they can parade all the chieftains up on stage, cheer and rant and rave, sing and laugh and complain about the system and how it is responsible for the problems with today’s families. They have a conundrum of scapegoats as to why children are being denied, why grandparents are so important to children, why the entire world is important to children. Now when you grow some real decent size cohunes look in the mirror and ask your self why?

1). 99% of the time, women get custody of your children while you are told to shut your mouth.

2). The custodial parent gets all tax breaks, all the kickbacks from the government even though you are providing more than half of the care and maintenance for your children.

3). The majority of non-custodial fathers don't even have their name on their child’s birth certificate and yet the majority of them will do whatever it takes to spend time with their children. Disregarding the fact that they are perpetuating the same condition they are all crying about.

4). 100% of all child support orders do not include any visitation rights for the non- custodial father unless it is brought up by him at the trial or prior to trial with or without the presence of his attorney. Meaning that the majority of non-custodial fathers are getting the shaft; because we all live in a system that is wrong, unjust and unfair and even down right criminal when it comes to protecting the rights of the non-custodial father.

But what is everybody crying about? The rights of the grandparents, the rights of the aunts and uncles, the rights of the child, the international rights of the child, cats and dogs, the one eyed slimy snail, the whooping turtle dove frog, the peg legged leaping lizard, et al.,.... Never is the name of the non-custodial fathers mentioned as the real petitioners, the real victims; yet everyone else is a victim! Except daddy dearest! Kids and Cars now has a new commercial with a well known movie star seen running to his car to find out his child is in danger while his wife is on the phone asking him if the child is ok. As if to say men are too stupid to take care of their children. Like women could do no wrong since, after all, the family court judge thinks she and only she should get custody of the child.

This is all good but, what are you going to do about all the narcissistic women out there whose only reason to have a child was to eventually severe ties with the father of the child and hook him for all the child support money they can get their hands on? What part of this law is going to guarantee the protection of the civil rights of the non-custodial parent (mainly the male)? I support you in principle but, I reserve the right to ask you; what the heck are you doing to protect non-custodial father’s rights? If the law does not allow for any protection for the rights of non-custodial parents then what good is it? How is a man supposed to protect himself from a vindictive and hateful narcissistic woman; who is out to get his money and create all sorts of untruths against him? The majority of children who don't get to see their dads are children whose mothers refuse to allow that relationship to be nurtured. Hundreds of millions were spent on passing the great equalizer; the Title V Social Security Act, while the rights of non-custodial fathers were completely overlooked.

All these alliances and partnerships and think tanks and agreements; and in the past 25 years the plight of non-custodial parents has gone to deaf ears. Because, it is taboo! It is easier to whine and cry about rights of grandparents and aunts and uncles and children, but never about the non-custodial traveling daddy. Non-custodial fathers have been relegated to the position of black sheep. And this is why in today’s day and age, the majority of children have little respect for their fathers. We need to pass laws that respect the rights of fathers to their children that will never again allow any family court judge to arbitrarily give sole custody to any woman without first considering giving equal rights to the father. What good are equal parenting laws if men have no rights? If men are belittled by family court judges and lawyers and narcissistic ex-spouses? What good are these laws if women and grandparents get all the power over the children and all the financial kickbacks? This is why I started this group; to try and help men get educated. But, don’t think I am stupid.

The majority of non-custodial men out there don’t really give a dam; because, they know what the system is all about. They know the decks are stacked against them. Nobody really gives a dam about the rights of the non-custodial fathers! It’s taboo! It’s not just women that have become narcissistic; over the centuries many men have become just like them; greedy, demented and pathetically self-righteous. Nobody gives a crap about the rights of non-custodial fathers until they find themselves in their shoes, then they cry oh poor me. Even television programs make the father out to be some dumb perverted stupid jerk. This is the society we live and now the society is telling us come join us lets protect the rights of the child, the rights of the grandparents, the rights of the aunts and uncles and everyone else except you stupid. Until the civil rights of non-custodial fathers are restored there will be no justice for children. Non-custodial fathers will continue to suffer the narcissistic indignity thrown at them by their ex-spouses and family court judges and child support case workers and sheriffs’ officers and all others.

Here is the question I leave you with. Why would a woman destroy a family, abandon the peace, security and safety of her home? Because the system we live under has given her this power! A single mother stands to gain thousands of dollars in government kickbacks and huge amounts in child support payouts as well as free Medicaid and food stamps; besides the comfort and help she will get from her parents, friends and her next victim. Not only does the newly crowned non-custodial father suffer this indignity but, the child is psychologically and perhaps indefinitely damaged. If you care to read more about the damage that children suffer as a result of living in a dysfunctional family try Donna Gaines book titled "Teenage Wasteland". A quick yahoo net search will bring you to Donna's book.

PARENTAL ALIENATION STATE SUPPORTED -SILENT PERK- FOR CUSTODIAL PARENTS! QUID PRO QUO VERSION 2015

PARENTAL ALIENATION A PHENOMENON CREATED BY THE STATE!

By John R Hernandez@UWS-2015
A SEGMENT OF -CIVIL RIGHTS FOR FATHERS NOW-2015

This blog is to remind us all that if we really want to do something about the corrupt family court systems that subjects us to merciless attacks on our rights, our privacy, and the destruction of of our families then we must stand up and be counted. We must take action by helping each other to understand how to fight back, how to be better informed, how to navigate the local and state court systems that hold our God given rights to our children captive.

We all know that the national bar associations are stacking the decks against us by the high fees that we are charged when we want to pay to have these rights protected, we all know how this corrupt system works. Yet, we choose to pander to groups and organizations that appear- from my side of the fence- to be looking only for their fifteen minutes of fame. Instead of recognizing that if their organizations are truly out to protect and to serve, then, they must stand up and reach out.

Everyone out there that wants to help me wants me to pay them to get it done and most of the time they are just promises which may or may not come true. The gut wrenching fact is that out here on this internet there are enough people who would gladly help each and everyone of us if we would take the time out to organize, to listen and follow instructions. Plenty of pissed off law school grads who can see through the thinly disguised veil.

Of back stabbing and deceit, who would gladly join us in helping fight back. Along with that are the millions of men and women out there who for whatever reason or another are fed up just like us and who are willing to jump on board. Are we alienating some, are we a bit too arrogant, what are we offering? I like to think that this struggle is about the children...."JRH-NDMH/UWS- 2015
